Honda 2nd gen Amaze crosses 1 lakh sales milestone – ET Auto

New Delhi: Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) Monday said the second generation of its compact sedan Amaze has crossed one lakh sales milestone within 13 months of launch.

The company has also introduced a special edition of the model, Ace Edition, priced between Rs 7.89 lakh and Rs 9.72 lakh to commemorate crossing the sales milestone.

The limited edition is based on top grade VX in both diesel and petrol with manual as well as automatic transmission options.

The second generation Honda Amaze has been a game changer for HCIL achieving over one lakh sales in 13 months, the fastest recorded by any new model launched by the company in India, HCIL Senior Vice President and Director, Marketing and Sales, Rajesh Goel said in a statement.
